"I purchased this one knowing that it's basically a display piece, so as a display piece I could give it a higher rating, but it does have one very major flaw in that the grip(s) covering is extremely thin and cheap looking wrapping that just looks like some sort of tape !? I only gave it a rating of 3 because I can replace this tape with better handle material both to make it look better, but also because being so thin it gives a very bad handling feel if one wants to just try to see how one could use one. For the rest it does seem like just a cut out shape in a steel sheet, but at least there was an effort made to add edge bevels, as a prop it's not really important if the steel has been heat treated or not, but if one wanted to sharpen the edges not being heat treated would be an issue if one wanted to use it for test cutting. As a display piece, if I upgrade the grip(s) in materials and grip thickness I might give it a higher rating after ! Judging it as a functional weapon would be unfair, but having a high end premium version at a much higher price might be interesting ?"
