The name CIVIVI is derived from the Chinese characters “CI” (happiness) and “VI” (joy), a reflection of the brand’s core mission from the very beginning. Every CIVIVI knife is designed to feel good in the hand, perform reliably in real-world use, and deliver long-term satisfaction at an approachable price point.

Launched in 2018, CIVIVI was created to focus specifically on functional, utilitarian everyday carry knives, emphasizing thoughtful design, dependable materials, and excellent fit and finish.
