Speaking to these innovative features David Cassini Bäckström, owner of Casström, says "Improved functionality or durability is the main aim, however all the products need to look good also. The style is traditional whilst we seek to innovate the way our knives feel, are carried or the material combinations if necessary. Not everything traditional is functional, this is where the thinking cap goes on and we come up with new ideas."
