" A fun gift for my son to enjoy his training. Thank you for your excellent service!"

"Would have been nice to have the guard fixed to the shaft rather than free floating"

Response: Easy fix. Just apply a little pressure on the guard towards the handle. Once you hear it click it will be installed correctly and it won't feel like it is floating.

"Internet article mentioned the square Tsuba was not a real ninja tsuba, for it has edges that make it uncomfortable, is this true? Also has a slight left curve in the blade, and as I keep trying to bend it back, it still seems to go back to it's slight curvature? Still love the sword though!"

Response: I'm not sure about comfort or which article you are referring. Historically there was not a specific "ninja sword", this is a more modern "Hollywood" interpretation of what a ninja sword should have been. When you look down the spine the way the light reflects sometimes creates an illusion of curvature as it does with a real sword. This is nothing to worry about.
