The antique brass-finished guard is crafted in the form of opposing horse heads, honoring the close bond between the horse-lords and their steeds. In Peter Jackson’s trilogy, Gandalf’s words—“Your fingers would remember their old strength better if they grasped your sword”—became a defining moment as Théoden’s authority and courage were restored through this legendary weapon.
