The TDI Law Enforcement Knife is a compact, purpose-built “last option” blade designed for extreme close-quarters encounters. Created by John Benner, founder of the Tactical Defense Institute, the TDI was developed around an off-hand, pistol-style draw concept. Its ergonomics and carry profile mirror the motion of drawing a sidearm so deployment is intuitive under stress. The reversible sheath supports ambidextrous placement, allowing agencies and individual officers to mount it on either the right or left side of the belt for a natural presentation.
