"Classic K-Bar but bigger, very sharp, it is a big blade but still light and fast, lighter than I imagined, not a heavy chopper, more of a slicer or for light chopping, it would not take the place of a hatchet or a machete for heavy bushcraft, great as a military all purpose knife. The back serrations can save the main edge's sharpness for more delicate work and useful in cutting fibrous materials like rope. Excellent steel, can take a razor edge and easy to sharpen. Good in the right context as a big knife that isn't a boat anchor on one's belt if hiking, camping, a real survival situation or hunting when one is counting every once in one's gear. Well, this knife could as a last resort be useful if attacked by a bear or a cougar. Well, realistically also great as an addition to my knive collection. "
