The Pudao is a long wooden stick with a big blade on its head. In ancient Chinese wars the pudao was used to attack the legs of the enemy's horses (horse cutter). But later a variety of techniques was developed and the pudao became one of the most popular of the traditional Chinese weapons. This polearm features a robust carbon steel blade with an antiqued finish. The handle and ring are finished with black cord. The Chinese Polearm also comes with a scabbard that slips over over the blades edge and secures with a single buckle closure.
