Turbulent water fuchi and kashira theme highlight this beautiful hand forged katana.

The saya is lacquered in a deep blue with a same-gawa or sting ray skin wrap.

The ito or handle wrapping is dark blue silk imported from Japan.

he tsuka is carved to each individual sword ensuring a tight friction fit.

The blade is hand forged and differentially hardened DNH7 high carbon steel.

Crafted individually from start to finish, each one is of course a bit unique in it's own way.

A weapon of war foremost, new individual details in this sword present themselves with each viewing.

This is an extremely well balanced sword in a water dragon theme, with a dragon and nami or wave tsuba and turbulent water fuchi and kashira.
