Purr Flipper & Slip Joint Knife Purple & Black G10 Handle

Small in size but full of personality, the CIVIVI Purr EDC Knife brings a refreshing twist to everyday carry. Designed by Ostap Hel, this compact folding knife combines a distinctive reverse tanto blade with eye-catching purple and black G10 handle scales. Measuring just 2.89 inches when closed and weighing only 1.48 ounces, the Purr is an excellent choice for anyone who appreciates a lightweight pocket knife that is easy to carry, practical for everyday cutting tasks, and anything but ordinary.

Ostap Hel Design Meets Modern Everyday Carry

Knife designer Ostap Hel is known for blending contemporary styling with practical functionality, and the CIVIVI Purr reflects that approach beautifully. Its compact proportions, angular blade profile, and contrasting handle colours give this little knife a character all its own. Rather than relying on a conventional locking mechanism, the Purr features a double detent slip joint that holds the blade in its open and closed positions without mechanically locking it. Combined with a flipper tab and smooth ceramic ball bearing pivot, this design offers an interesting alternative for enthusiasts who enjoy modern non-locking folding knives.

Nitro-V Steel and Lightweight G10 Construction

The Purr features a 1.83 inch Nitro-V stainless steel blade with a flat grind, reverse tanto profile, and black stonewashed finish. Nitro-V is valued for its corrosion resistance, edge retention, and toughness, making it a practical steel for everyday utility work. The purple and black G10 handle provides a durable, lightweight grip, complemented by black stainless steel liners and matching hardware.

A caged ceramic ball bearing pivot supports smooth blade movement, while the reversible tip-up pocket clip accommodates both left and right-handed carry. A black tied paracord lanyard adds a convenient way to retrieve this small knife from a pocket. With its distinctive styling, quality materials, and compact dimensions, the CIVIVI Purr purple and black G10 knife is a charming addition to an everyday carry rotation or modern folding knife collection.
