Okapi is a pocket knife and hand-tools manufacturing company based on the North-East coast of South Africa. The Okapi knife is a working knife designed to be highly robust, practical and equally affordable all the while remaining faithful to its rich 112-year-old heritage. This is a unique EDC at an incredible price.
The handle is made from a stabilized cherry, with stainless steel stirrup and back-strap. The sloping shape give the Okapi knives a distinctive look, recognizable by collectors around the world. The handle features an inlay of crescent moons and three star inlays. There is a distinct ratcheting sound when opening and closing which is a trademark of the brand. The 3 ¾” 1055 carbon steel blade features a unique drop point shape. The Okapi Locking Folder secured its place in knife history not only as a great EDC knife but deems itself as a “bad boy” knife.
