A silver habaki and notched seppa secure the blade, while the silver tsuba, fuchi, and kashira carry intricate wave designs. Silver and gold menuki glimmer beneath the deep blue tsuka-ito wrap over white same ray skin, providing both grip and beauty. Buffalo horn fittings at the kurikata and koiguchi, tied with a rich blue sageo, complete the piece.
