"Probably the best value for money for a folder to EDC, the opening has a click click click until one gets to the final click which securely locks the blade. More important is that when one unlocks the blade, using a pull on the ring, the blade stops at every click and can't easily close on one's hand when closing the knife. This is a very old style of locking mechanism but it works great. The blade came razor sharp out of the box and some very light honing made the blade shave sharp, so the steel takes a very fine edge, it may not have premium expensive steel but it's a very easy steel to re-sharpen if it gets dull in use. The grind has the edge before the secondary bevel to be very thin which helps a lot in having a knife cut well. Oh, at lock up there is no side to side or up and down movement. The folder is also feather light and one hardly notices it's presence in a pocket, but it had no pocket clip, so pocket carry is how it can be carried. "
