USMC Knife - Photo Gallery

The distinct oval shaped leather handle construction on the famous USMC knife is made by first compressing leather washers onto the tang, shaping and coloring them, and then fastening them on with a pinned on butt cap. Includes USMC stamped brown leather sheath.

This classic utility knife is constructed of 1095 Carbon Steel with a differential heat treatment for easy sharpening. The 7" blade is stamped with USMC Blade Mark on the pile side and KA-Bar, Olean NY on the obverse side of the knife.

The " KA-BAR" Knife was designed to serve the US troops during World War II and is still doing its job, with honors, more than 75 years later.
