The inscription on the cap of the pommel reads, DEXTERA DOMINI FECIT VIRTUTEM – The Right Hand of the Lord Hath Wrought Strength.
The tough, black wooden handle is sandwiched between a lavishly engraved guard and pommel, plated in 24-karat gold.
The tip protector is also plated with 24k gold to match the rest of the hardware on the dagger
