Tracking Your Package

Orders shipped where the customer has provided an e-mail address will be supplied with a tracking number from Canada Postsí online service. You should receive this confirmation within 24-48 hours after the item has been shipped. If you have not received this confirmation, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or e-mail client may be blocking e-mail from Canada Post. If you suspect that this is happening, please consult the help section of your e-mail program to see how to correct the settings that filter or block mail, or check your deleted basket.
