If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 7 business days to Reliks Inc. and obtain a credit of the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling charges. A Return Merchandise Authorization must accompany all returns. To obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization, please contact our sales department at 1-888-473-5457 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must return the product at your expense in undamaged condition in the original box with all materials and package inserts. Your return authorization number and a copy of the original packing slip must accompany the return, with an explanation as to why the product is being returned. Returns should be shipped with a traceable courier service, as we will not be held responsible for lost packages. If you are returning a product from outside of Canada, please ensure that you have clearly stated in all shipping documentation that the product is a return and has no customs or duty values. Any addition charges incurred by Reliks Inc. upon receipt of merchandise will be removed from the credited amount. Upon receipt of the returned product to Reliks Inc., a credit will be made to your customer account for the original purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges. If your original payment was made by money order or credit card, Reliks Inc. will issue a credit to your customer account. Please allow one business day for credits to be issued.
