• How many points will I receive on an order? The amount of points received on an order depends on the items you have purchased. In most cases you will receive up to 10 points for every dollar spent. This could range between 2000 - 20000 points for a single sword!
• Can I use my points to get an item for free? You can redeem points up to the closest tier of the sub total of your order. If you purchase a $25.00 product and redeem 15000 points your product is FREE!
• I want to use a promotion code off your website, can I still use my rewards points? Yes you can! You can use gift cards or gift certificates, a promotional code and your Reliks Rewards points on the same order!
• Can I collect or redeem points at Reliks store? Yes you can! Please inform the representitive before you have completed your purchase that you are or wish to collect points.

Reliks Rewards points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Upon cancellation of an order all collected and redeemed points for that order will be forfeited. Reliks reserves the right to make changes or discontinue this program at any time without notice. Reliks Rewards are non-transferable. Reliks Rewards are redeemable up to the balance of any product(s) on your order, shipping and any applicable taxes are not covered with reward points.
