New SkyJiro Sword Line!
Reliks is happy to announce exciting news for the practicing martial artist, sword collector and Japanese sword enthusiast. Reliks has been looking for new quality swords to expand our functional Japanese sword selection. Today we are happy to finally say “we have found them!”. Reliks will now be offering Japanese katana produced by SkyJiro forge.
In 2007 SkyJiro formally a custom Japanese sword forge, teamed up with Kinzan (David Goldberg) a professional Japanese trained sword smith, to fortify the Japanese sword smithing tradition and add critical integrity to the metallurgy, design and workmanship of the sword lines. David started his sword smithing career in 1987. He has been trained in Soshu tradition under the Kanefusa lineage in Gifu Japan. This partnership now has brought SkyJiro to a place where they now employ several of the highest grade traditional Japanese trained smiths, all with more than 10 years of experience. They are now ready to reach a wider audience by offering some very high quality swords at an exceptional and competitive price point.
Upon first review of the SkyJiro lineup the Reliks team was very impressed with this line from quality of blade workmanship and final fit and finish of every sword we have received. We are very happy to offer Reliks customers this high quality line as they are dollar for dollar some of the best Japanese swords being offered today.
